Malcolm began his career as a designer in Silicon Valley during the dot com boom, spending years meeting tight deadlines by working late into the night with teams of designers, producers, writers and developers in the open office trenches of ad agencies, getting familiar with all forms of digital media and eventually specializing in motion graphics. In addition to his abilities with design and motion graphics, Malcolm has trained young workers, organized creative teams and helped numerous clients achieve their communication-related goals. He transitioned from general motion graphics and design work to specializing in virtual events over 10 years ago, when he worked at an agency which created one of the original virtual event platforms. Leaving the agency life behind, Malcolm went over to the product side, leading a team in creating virtual event experiences for hundreds of clients.
